How to fix the M3 making weird clicking noises

If you hear weird clicking noises when you press either side of the mouse, see how you can solve this problem with the tutorial below.

Step 1: Please refer to this link to see how to disassemble the M3 mouse to take off the top case. If you damage the mouse foot pads during this step, contact our customer support at keychron@support.com to replace the pads.

Step 2: Check whether the screws (① & ②) are loose and if the gaskets (③ & ④) have glue overflowing.

① Gasket above the right micro switch
② Gasket above the left micro switch
③ Screws connecting the main body and right button
④ Screws connecting the main body and left button

1Step 3: Fasten the screws (③ & ④) or remove the excess glue around the gaskets (① & ②).

Step 4: Reassemble the M3. If you damage the mouse foot pads or can’t reattach the mouse together during this step, contact our customer support at keychron@support.com for help with reassembling or replacing the pads.
