I got this keyboard, hot swappable with blue optic switches. truly amazing, makes typing better than ever and a lot more fun. the RGB is great and the option to sometimes use it as a wired keyboard is a great bonus as well.
Just buy it.
I own Keychron K4. It's great, but at some point I came to the conclusion that 96% is a bit crowded for me (although numerical keyboard is cool), so I've picked K8, and I am super happy. Red switches are super smooth. Very well-designed, full-featured albeit simple and straight-forward keyboard (in a good sense). I'm using it at home because, thankfully, reds are pretty quiet, so I don't disturb anybody. The keycaps are very soft and pleasant to the touch. It took *five* days to have this keyboard delivered to Europe, which is incredible. Great overall experience.
This is not my first mechanical keyboardbut the first that is wireless, really like the finish and fell, took the RBG all plastic hot swappable reds. keyboard does not flex, even if I try hard, it's responsive even on bluetooth, pretty good packaging and accessories included (not the best switch remover tho), to me a 5 stars is perfection and it's almost there, wish I could give 4.5
good battery, responsive, feel and look good, good general built quality, fast delivery (it took 6 days to ship to Canada, but heard some take longer), love the versatility, setup is super easy (plug and play)
OK keycaps (plan to replace them eventually), not the brightest RGB and to my knowledge no way to customize them.
this is the most competent keyboard I have ever had the pleasure of owning. it is seriously sturdy and reliable. the RGB is very good even tho a program to change and customize it would be great. It's very worth while. I highly recommend it.
