How to fix the number row keys activation without any reason

Some customers received Q3 Pro SE and found that an entire row of keys did not work, mainly the row of number keys. We found a possible reason. Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot.

Step 1: Refer to this link to open the Q3 Pro SE case, and disconnect the battery cable to separate the top and bottom cases.

Step 2: Please find the black cable connecting the PCB and the Bluetooth module, and gently lift up that cable to release it from the cable clamp. Please keep the cable away from any sockets and secure it with insulating tape.

Step 3: Connect the Q3 Pro SE with your computer and test the keys.

Step 4: If the issue is solved, you can put the case back together. If the issue persists, please get in touch with us at support@keychron.com, and we will provide further assistance.
