How to do a Keyboard Test for the QMK Enabled Keychron Keyboard on Launcher

The Launcher provides users with a keyboard key testing tool, which can quickly help users check keyboard sensitivity, identify faulty keys, and deliver a better user experience.

The detailed step-by-step instructions are as follows:

1. Use the latest version of Chrome/Opera/Edge browser to click the link and open the launcher.

2. After connecting your device via the provided USB cable or the 2.4 GHz receiver, click the 'Connect' button and select the keyboard of the corresponding model.

Notice: Some product models only support a wired connection.

3. Select "Key Test" from the function bar on the left side.

4. Now you can click and test any keyboard key. After clicking on the key, the corresponding button on the Launcher turns red, this means the key works.

And a number will be displayed in the upper right corner of the key—— indicating the effective click count detected for that key.

We also provide users with key detection sounds and matrix testing:

  (1) Key detection sounds: When the switch is on, key testing will have sound feedback, and you can choose your preferred sound.

  (2) Matrix testing: The matrix testing of the keyboard works like assigning a unique "row + column" coordinate to each key. By scanning these coordinates, it quickly locates the pressed key and identifies its function.
