Search for keychron spain and the results mix our Spanish store with a parcel-forwarding blog and shops that borrow the name. Only one of them is Keychron Spain: keychron.com.es. Below is how to confirm that, what delivery and tax look like from there, and which Spanish ISO keyboards to start with.

Where to buy Keychron in Spain

Two places on keychron.com settle the question. The region menu at the top of the site has a Spain entry, and it opens keychron.com.es. The Where to buy page lists four sellers under Spain: Keychron.com.es, Coolmod, PC Componentes and Eloquent Clicks.

Any of those four keeps you inside the official channel. The Spanish store prices in euros, and its support team answers at support@keychron.com.es.

Rule of thumb: a shop missing from that Spain list is a third party until you can show otherwise.

How to spot a look-alike Keychron Spain store

Shops that use our name tend to give themselves away in small details. Run these checks before you pay:

• Address bar. Reach the store from the Spain entry in the keychron.com region menu, then compare the domain you land on with the one in front of you.
• Currency. Our Spanish store charges in euros. A Spain store that charges in US dollars deserves a second look.
• Layout it sells. A shop that promises Spanish ISO but lists US ANSI boards is selling something other than what it claims.
• Contact email. Our Spanish support address ends in @keychron.com.es.
• The partner list. If the domain is missing from the Spain section of Where to buy, it is not one of our partners.

Shipping, tax and warranty from keychron.com.es

The policy gives a range per warehouse. At your door it means the warehouse matters more than the city. Many product pages on keychron.com.es name the warehouse on an Availability line; check it before you pay.

Tax. Prices on keychron.com.es are shown without tax. For an EU address the tax is calculated at checkout. The shipping policy says Keychron pays the import tax when the parcel ships, and asks you to tell support if customs ever contacts you.

Islands. Both keychron.com.es and keychron.com list the same limit for Spain: no shipping to the Balearic province, Las Palmas or Santa Cruz de Tenerife. If your address is there, write to support@keychron.com.es before you order.

Warranty. Unless stated otherwise, the warranty runs 12 months from delivery to the first end user. Keycaps and wrist rests have 3 months. It comes on top of your statutory rights, and claims go to support@keychron.com.es.

Rule of thumb: an order showing the Spain warehouse is the quick one. Plan for the longer range when the page shows China.

Ordering in Spain or importing from the US

Some guides suggest buying from a US shop and sending the parcel through a forwarding service. The trade-off has three parts.

• Forwarding. The keychron.com shipping policy says we do not ship to forwarding addresses.
• Import VAT. Since July 2021, goods bought from outside the EU pay import VAT, whatever their value. With a forwarder, you pay that VAT yourself, on top of the forwarder's fees.
• Layout. A US ANSI board has no Ñ key. If you want ANSI anyway, keychron.com.es sells US ANSI versions of some models too.

A forwarded order looks simple on the shop page. At your door it can mean a second bill. Ordering from keychron.com.es settles the tax at checkout, and support runs through support@keychron.com.es.

Spanish ISO vs US ANSI: what changes on your desk

Spanish ISO is the layout printed on Spanish keyboards. On the K10 HE in ES-ISO, Ñ sits to the right of L and Ç sits beside Enter. The Enter key is two rows tall. The left Shift is shorter to make room for a < > key, and ¿ ¡ sits left of Backspace. The @ is on the 2 key and € is on E, as third symbols.

Your computer decides which character each key prints. Set the system keyboard to Spanish and the legends match what you type. Leave it on US English and the Ñ key types a semicolon.

Rule of thumb: if you write Spanish every day, buy ES-ISO. If you code on a US layout, the Spanish store has US ANSI versions of some models as well.

Magnetic switches, full-size

The Keychron K10 HE is a full-size wireless board with magnetic switches and an adjustable actuation point: you set how far a key travels before it counts as a press. Choose ISO-ES under Disposición. The switch menu lists Gateron Double-Rail Magnetic Nebula Switch, Keychron Ultra-Rápido Silencioso Rojo Magnético Switch and Keychron Ultra-Rápido Silencioso Banana Magnético Switch. With ISO-ES, the Nebula switch is not offered on the Standard Version.

All-metal, full-size, 8000 Hz

The Keychron Q6 Ultra 8K is an all-metal full-size wireless board. It reports at 8000 Hz over the cable and over 2.4 GHz, and Bluetooth 5.2 pairs it with three devices. Battery life is up to 660 hours with the backlight off. In the Tipo menu, choose the option ending in ES-ISO, then a Keychron Silk POM Switch in Rojo, Marrón or Banana. Remapping runs in Keychron Launcher, opened in Chrome, Opera or Edge with the keyboard on the cable.

Slim and low profile, 75%

The Keychron K3 Max is an ultra-slim 75% wireless board with low-profile Gateron mechanical switches. It connects over 2.4 GHz, Bluetooth 5.1 (up to three devices) or cable, and reports at 1000 Hz over 2.4 GHz. Choose ES-ISO under Versión de diseño. Both Material options are RGB Backlight (Hot-Swappable); one has PBT Non-Shine-Through Keycaps, the other ABS Shine-Through Keycaps. Switches are Gateron Mecánico Rojo de Perfil Bajo or Gateron Mecánico Marrón de Perfil Bajo.

Who should order from the Spanish store, and who should not

Order from keychron.com.es if you have a mainland address and want the Spanish layout. You pay in euros with the tax worked out at checkout, and support runs through support@keychron.com.es. The Coolmod, PC Componentes and Eloquent Clicks listings are also official routes if you already shop there.

Look elsewhere first if your address is in the Balearic province, Las Palmas or Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Neither keychron.com.es nor keychron.com ships there, so write to support or ask the retailers on the Spain list about delivery to your address.
