Nice keyboard!

Keychron K3 red switches is really light to type on and my fingers love it. This is really quiet and easy to type on, sometimes too easy that i just brush my fingers and it can type. The Red switches is very much close to the brown switches in terms of typing sound. But you will definitely feel the less clicky typing on the Red once you use it.

Love my mints!

I use the mints everyday on both a K7 and a K3 and am extremely happy with the feel and accuracy I’m getting from them.

K3 V2 optical hot swappable brown

For years i used Corsair K90 and K70 (mx red), then i got this bug for low profile KB's.
Changed half a dozen of low profile keyboards and K3 here takes the crown! But could be better.

Brown Switches: At the order time had only blue or brown available options. Blue are bit too much for my taste, so brown it is. Although red would be ideal, transitioning from red to brown, at the beginning was annoying, but after lubing them, they are almost like reds!
75% Size: Bit too small for my taste. Key's are cramped together but i can work with that, although around the US based layout ENTER, often hitting anything else but the enter. It would be great to have at least 80% edition, potential with the UK/DE based layout ENTER.

Low profile: Build quality is great and it is very slim design!
Optical switches: They are awesome! Browns after lubing almost as red.
Size: 75% is small and keys are somewhat compact, leaning to traveling businesses people but i never saw one carrying it. At least 80% should be an option.Size matters!
Layouts: should have UK/DE layout. ENTER....Size matters! :)

For perfect keyboard, please make low profile optical with at least 80% if not with 100% size and with UK/DE layout option.

Brown switches feel amazing, red ones are too sensitive for use

The red optical switches that came with my K3 V2 were extremely sensitive (inputs were being registered when barely resting a finger on a key) and it made the keyboard unusable for me. Ordered some browns and they feel amazing, exactly what I was looking for. Thing is, the first version of the brown switches apparently had the same problem which was then corrected, so Keychron has to be more careful when testing their products in the future.

Low-profile Keychron Optical Switch Red Blue brown banana mint white black for Keychron K3 and K7

Low-profile Keychron Optical Switch Red Blue brown Banana Mint White Black Orange specs

The Banana/Mint switches comes with an early tactile bump of every downstroke like those Panda switches, that’s the main difference between the Banana/Mint and the Brown switch.
