Keychron M6 Wireless Mouse

My criteria were pretty simple: wireless, customizable in a way that DOES NOT require constantly-running manufacturer software, and the ability to perform the following 4 actions directly on the mouse: back & forward in browsers/apps, and navigating back & forward between virtual desktops. The number of mice that have 4+ customizable side buttons are ridiculously limited, and most of them are clunky MMO gaming mice with like 16 side buttons. The Keychron M6 met my needs at long last. I use the side wheel for navigating between virtual desktops, and the side buttons for app-specific back/forward. Usability drawbacks are minor: (1) I needed Karabiner-Elements to get those features working on MacOS, which was fine for me b/c I already run that, (2) no button on top to switch between profiles like my Roccat Kone XP has, (3) once in a while I accidentally hit the side buttons, which are nice and quiet but activate really easily. Other than that this is just a perfect mouse for me. Battery life is crazy good, it's quiet, and it feels good in the hand. Customization software is a little weird, but conveniently it's browser based w/ no app install needed. So happy with this purchase ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I find that the large arching shape design of the mouse to be counterintuitive in terms of ergonomics. It prevents my fingers from adequately reaching a spot on the buttons for a satisfying click. I have also noticed a increase in pain and discomfort from using this product for couples of hours. Furthermore, I often have to compromise precision vs. satisfying click as I have to alternate the position of my hand. I've had this product for almost a week and finally made a decision to return this suboptimal product. Do not buy this product.

You've been gaslighted to think that ergonomic mouses are better for your compared to regular mouses (yes mouses, it is not an animal, so the "correct" plural will not apply due to neologism). The real ergonomic mouses are gaming mouses.

I've used it for barely two days before I decided to return this mouse. This mouse is not suited for people with short fingers. The aggressive 50 mm arch prevents my fingers from reaching the "sweet spot". I still use my wrist to pivot, and when I move my hands forward so my fingers can actually reach the sweet spots of the buttons, I was not able to pivot with the precision that I would like. The infinite scrolling is nice; however, when I switch to the ratchet mode, the scrolling was not satisfying and offers too much resistance. The horizontal scrolling was not usable. Overall, this product is a flawed design. My hand start to experience some pain and discomfort after 30 minutes of use.

I was looking for a real customizable alternative to the MX Master 3S and this mouse finally got me to it. With the web browser app you can customize every button on it letting you reach even more productivity. I found two cons though, the horizontal wheel is a little hard to use and the mouse is too much light for me, outside of those it completely fulfill my needs.

I would give this product and their aftersales support ZERO star if I could.

I bought the M6 8K mouse as an early Christmas gift for myself in November 2025 and at full price even though it was the Black Friday season. I have used it for 2 weeks when it stopped working. Basically the left and right button are no longer responsive but the mouse still tracks. Immediately sent in an request for a resolution since it is well within the warranty period.

Instead of replacing it promptly, they requested all these additional steps -
1) Send them a video to prove the the mouse is broken --> which is fine
2) Request that I factory reset the mouse --> which is fair
3) Asked me to dismantle my mouse which itself could void the warranty --> what the heck is this?
4) Lastly ask me to check shipping rates and potentially getting me to ship it back?! --> In what world is this warranty coverage acceptable?

This whole process has been incredibly frustrating especially considering that I have 3 different keyboards from them. Unless you want to be $80 out and without a working mouse, please go get something else. Anything else is better than this crappy thing they call mouse and the even crappier service they call aftersales.

PS: I emailed them for the 8th time today to get an update. Probably will be asked to wait while they check with their internal team... the same team since 1 month ago.
